At Suite 88, we make our gelato on-site and always in small batches, ensuring that our gelato is always fresh and of premium quality. We use only the finest ingredients and use the same inclusions as in our artisanal chocolates.

At Suite 88, there's a gelato for every taste bud. A traditional french vanilla, exotic chocolate chili cayenne, refreshing mango sorbet... But regardless of the flavour, our process, ingredients, and recipes can only be considered gourmet.
