Suite 88 chocolates are made in small batches, so they're always fresh. Crafted from real unsalted butter, 35% whipping cream and premium-quality ingredients, they contain no trans fat or preservatives. With a wide variety of flavours, from the more traditional to the more unusual, our chocolates are sure to please the finest palates.

Our chocolate comes from Belgium, France and Switzerland. Our primary sources are Belcolade, Callebaut and Cacao Barry. We use dark chocolates ranging from 55% cacao all the way to pure ebony (100% cacao), depending on the need.

Our team of four chocolatiers is led by Ashley Mosca who works with them in our small factory in the west end, a team with in excess of 50 years making exquisite chocolates. Ashley can be found on occasion in one of our stores.
